Conditions of Use.

The prices shown on the Lava Vacuum Packing South Africa website are retail prices, and include 15 % VAT.
Prices and specifications are subject to change due to currency fluctuation without prior notification.
Refunds, exchanges or damages must be reported to Lava Vide SA within 5 days of receiving goods.
Returns are accepted ONLY with prior authorization. Returns may be accepted on manufacturer's defect. If you receive a defective machine by courier, Lava Vide SA must be notified of this matter by email or fax within 5 days from receiving the machine.
 Once authorization has been given to you by Lava Vide SA for a return, they will arrange with their couriers to collect the machine.  The returned product must be in good condition, clean with all tags and labels attached, in the original packaging.
All returns for no reason other than a defective machine, might result in a 10% handling/restocking fee plus delivery costs.
In the case where the product is returned without a machine defect, the machine must be in good WORKING condition, clean with all tags and labels attached, and in original packaging. NO refund will be given if returned goods have been damaged.
